This was one of the fountains on the Raffles Hotel grounds. Everything in this area of Singapore is "Raffles." He was the East India Trading Co. representative who was sent to establish Singapore as a trading post. He's largely credited as the founder of the country. You can stay in the hotel for about $700 USD per night.
The grounds themselves are remarkably beautiful.
