Mount Fuji as seen from the Shinkansen. It's about the only thing that doesn't whip by in 2 seconds when you're going ridiculously fast in a train.

First order of business in Hiroshima (after spending about a half hour in a cab trying to find our hotel that was a 2 minute drive from the train station) was to see Nijo Castle. This is the moat.

The vegetation at Nijo castle was amazing. Little did we know this was just the tip of the iceberg. If you enjoy gardening, Japan is a must-see for you... really!
